1. Provide education from play group (PG), kindergarten (TK), primary (SD), lower secondary (SMP), until general and vocational upper secondary (SMA/SMK) level, under the applicable national curriculum with specific content that is based on culture, character, and entrepreneurship.2. Establish chained and crossed foster children program to empower young people from different tribes who come from economically disadvantaged backgrounds so that they can take part in the social mobility process;3. Organise extra-curricular activities which aim tostrengthen cooperation, build unity, and erode the laden way of thinking that is full of tribal prejudices and racial hatred;4. Foster the sense of mutual respect and tolerance among religious communities, based on the faiths embraced.
